Keeping a safe balance above the ground. On the right side of the tree, the offshoot branch will be removed to allow light back into the garden and to give owners access to the back right corner of their garden (as it is currently completely covered by this branch and leaves). This branch and foilage is also pushing against neighbours fence, 5 Alders Gove. See photo included in application. All branches will be pruned to appropriate growth points.
