The rear of the room will have a double patio door - looking into rear garden - concrete lintel installed above. Standard sized door knocked from existing living room into proposed new development. Interior of proposed new room will have plaster boarded on walls and ceiling and then plastered. A new wooden floor will be installed. The ceiling will be installed at present level of roof beams. The proposed change will be from a garage into a dining/reading room, basically a place for us to eat dinner etc and study.
