TPO 0005 (1978) A2: T.3 Sycamore - cut back overhanging branches (neighbouring tree) by 1.5M.
T1 Holm Oak this tree is of good health and vigour however this tree has a old fixed cable brace between the two main trunks that even during the previous reduction a few years ago never gave an inch and stayed tort after the crown reduction was carried out my concern is that if this cable brace was to fail half the tree may collapse and strike the house it is in my opinion that we should reduce this tree 2 m below previous pruning points to see if there's any give in the old cable brace then make a decision in the future see if the tree needs to come down any further so my recommendations are to crown reduce this tree by 3 1/2 meters.
