External works to include: Replacement of front doors at LGF and GF; Gate, railings and stone plinth to forecourt and replaced with iron gate and railings; York stone paving removed from rear garden and reused within the forecourt, lightwell floor and cladding existing lightwell steps; roof hopper and rainwater goods to be removed and replaced; reinstatement of historic windows within original rear elevations; excavation of rear garden to accommodate patio area; sequential underpinning of rear garden walls; and French door within the rear elevation replaced.
