Overton, Basingstoke, RG25 3LF

Overton, Hampshire is a large village and parish situated west of Basingstoke and east of Andover and Whitchurch in the county of Hampshire. The parish encompasses several smaller hamlets, including Southington, Northington, Ashe, Polhampton and Quidhampton, the latter two lying to the north of the main settlement. The River Test, a well‑known chalk stream, has its source approximately one mile (1.6 km) to the east of the village, in the hamlet of Ashe. The locality is part of the RG 25 postal district, placing it within the Basingstoke area for postal purposes.
