Listed Building Consent - The Hollies has a number of rooms which partially protrude into the roof. Although the horizontal ceilings have been insulated in the loft, the sloping parts of the ceilings are not currently insulated. The plan is to screw insulated plasterboard to the sloping areas, and to skim plaster over. The existing lath and plaster would not be removed. The total area affected is 15.45M2. We are hoping to apply for a Green Homes Grant subject to the availability of a contractor within the government scheme's timescales.
