Winterhill, Milton Keynes, MK6 1AP

Winterhill is part of the civil parish of Campbell Park in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England. The parish is bounded by Childs Way (H6) to the north, the River Ouzel to the east, the A5 to the west, and Chaffron Way to the south. Winterhill lies within this parish along with other grid‑squares such as Fishermead, Newlands, Oldbrook, Springfield, Willen and The Woolstones. The parish was originally known as Woolstone‑cum‑Willen and was formed on 1 April 1934 from the merger of Great Woolstone, Little Woolstone and Willen. It was part of Newport Pagnell Rural District until that area became part of the Borough of Milton Keynes in 1974. In 2012 the parish was redefined, with the districts of Campbell Park (sic), Newlands and Willen reallocated to other parishes, yet the parish council continues to use the name Campbell Park. As of December 2022 the council is consulting on changing its name. The area is characterised by residential streets and proximity to the River Ouzel and major roadways, providing a suburban setting within the wider Milton Keynes urban area.
