Remove door under stairs to cellar and a section of pine panelling. Replace with small section of glass balustrade. Clad over brick staircase leading up to ground floor hall with timber treads and risers to make suitable to daily use, with damp proof system beneath. Replacement boiler and associated pipework. Create new bathroom in small bedroom. Remove ceiling to master bedroom.
