    Garage conversion to bedroom. Demolition of conservatory and erection of single storey rear extension. Erection of front porch. Continuation of main pitched roof over garage. New windows generally, new tiling to roof and addition of render to front elevation. Remove all of the overgrown vegetation from around the property including removing the overgrown and damaging conifers, replace boundary with new pressure treated feather edge sustainable fencing at 1.8m high so it removes the need for the high maintenance of conifers and stops further root damage to the existing property. Construct a small boundary wall around the front and partial right side elevation at around 600-900mm high using matching bricks that complement the property once renovated.
