    Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area - Fell dead Ash, Reduce tops of Fir trees, although the group of Firs are on a street view, the tallest is a lot taller than the others. My client is very worried about the sale effect and the top snapping out and falling onto the cars parked below. There are also phonelines under which would be damaged if this was to happen, he is working from home and needs phonelines. My client has seen this happen at a client of his house, so is very worried. I have informed him that the Parish Council will have an intrest in the application as its on a street view, so if what i am asking is refused could you please give an alternative, 50% reduction of Blue Conifer, Fell dying Conifer in back garden
