    We propose replacing the existing Victorian painted iron Estate fencing on the boundary with Maldon Road. The existing fencing is in very poor condition, with sections missing, many of the iron posts rotted off in the ground, sections bent from numerous vehicle collisions at this very busy junction over the years. We have been advised by a metal fabricator on this Estate that it is not possible to repair the fencing. We wish to replace the fencing with new traditional metal fencing in the same style. (We have a photograph from around 1901 when the fencing was presumably in good condition). This new fencing would be to the traditional Estate height with three
