Pentwyn is a district and community in east Cardiff, Wales, with a population of 15,634 (2011 census). It lies northeast of the city centre, bordered by the Rhymney River to the east and surrounded by neighbouring areas such as Llanedeyrn, Cyncoed and Pontprennau.
