The tree in question is a pine tree and it's height is approximately 40feet. It is situated on our property on the left hand side and is on the border with our neighbours property. Currently it is hitting their house ( roof guttering and rear windows) with the current strong winds it is hitting their house . A couple of branches came down recently in the bad weather. We would like to remove the tree before any serious damage occurs to their house. It also blocks light out in their house.
