Hi my name is Abdul Hussain and i am currently looking at potentially taking over a lease in the crosshills district to open a fast food business, as this is my first business venture i am unaware of the process and system, the address of the building is, 13B,crosshills main street, BD20 8PH.It is to my understanding 13a and 13b used to be one premises and was a cantonese restaurant, 13a is currently a chinese takeaway, i was wondering would i need planning permission and a A5 hot food license for the premises as it used to be a fast food outlet? If so please could you help with the process of what i need to do in order to gain a licence.
