Specialist CDM and Party Wall Advice
Beyond surveying and design, we are experts in the technical legalities of construction. As a Chartered Member of the Association of Project Safety, David provides standalone CDM Adviser services to ensure clients and designers meet their health and safety obligations under the 2015 Regulations.
We also assist building owners through the Party Wall Act etc. 1996. As members of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, we are dedicated to promoting best practice and resolving neighborly disputes with professionalism and clarity.
