• Ros Wynne (Co-founder): A Chartered Accountant and Oxford University graduate who leads our market insight and data infrastructure. Her background in social finance is instrumental as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) factors become central to healthcare investment.
• Nick Broadbent: Joined us in 2025 as a consultant, adding further depth to our senior management and corporate finance capabilities.
