Based in Wimborne, Dorset, we have spent over two decades becoming the go-to partner for accurate Bills of Quantities and re-measurement services across the UK.

Founders Steven Wilson and Roger Hutton established the practice after long, successful careers as Senior Quantity Surveyors for leading building contractors. Today, we combine that traditional expertise with the latest specialist software to ensure every project we touch is accurate, efficient, and affordable.

Led by Chartered Expertise

Our team is headed by Roger Hutton (MRICS), who has been a Chartered Surveyor since 1991. Roger brings deep experience in both public and private sectors, from major new builds to complex refurbishments and structural repairs. He takes personal responsibility for our projects, acting as the main point of contact to ensure a seamless service.

He is supported by a dedicated team, including Senior Surveyors Peter Beasley and Simon Trussell (MRICS). Together, we offer an extensive knowledge of modern design techniques and the unique ability to interpret incomplete or sketchy design information into workable, accurate documentation.
