Our practice is built on the combined experience of our core leadership team, bringing together decades of high-level expertise:

• Arch. Rosario Russo (RIBA): A fully qualified Architect since 2013 with a rich portfolio in regeneration projects and PFI bids. Rosario founded the practice to bring a unique, innovative perspective to London’s architectural landscape.
• John Parker (BSc MRICS): A true South Londoner with experience in the construction industry dating back to 1978. As a Chartered Building Surveyor, Party Wall Surveyor, and Registered Valuer, John provides the solid technical foundation our practice is known for.
• Barnaby Chapman (BA Hons, Dip ARCH): Joining us in 2019, Barnaby specializes in interior architecture. With a background in London’s most prestigious high-end residences, he bridges the gap between structural design and holistic interior spaces.
