RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Report Ideal for modern, conventional properties in reasonable condition. This report uses a clear, colour-coded system to rate the condition of different elements of the building and highlights defects that might affect its value.

RICS Level 3 Building Survey Our most comprehensive service, perfect for older, larger, or more complex properties. This provides a deep dive into the fabric of the building, including a full breakdown of construction, diagnosis of defects, and detailed maintenance advice. We can also provide repair estimates if agreed in advance.
