A Scientific Approach to Damp and Decay

We take a different approach to damp and timber surveys. Over the last fifteen years, our philosophy has been to avoid unnecessary chemical spray treatments. Instead, we use non-destructive techniques and environmental monitoring to understand moisture levels. By addressing the root cause and reducing moisture in the building fabric, we allow fungal decay to die naturally and insect infestations to be controlled without harsh chemicals.
