Our strength lies in our people. Led by Chris Hunter, an RICS-accredited conservation specialist with a focus on ecclesiastical repairs, our team combines academic rigour with practical site experience.

• David Scott (FRICS): Our founder and a fellow of the RICS, David is a renowned figure in conservation who has personally won the RICS "People in Conservation" award. He remains a core member of the team, leading quinquennial inspections for churches of all denominations.
• Joe Davidson (MRICS): A Director and Chartered Building Surveyor who manages our domestic survey department, Joe has extensive experience with dwellings of all sizes, including Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs).
• Keri Parkinson: Bringing a modern perspective to our work with an MSc in Sustainable Heritage and a background in Architectural Technology.
