With two RICS International Conservation Awards and over 25 years of expertise, we provide specialist surveying and conservation advice for historic, ecclesiastical, and residential properties throughout Cornwall and Devon. We offer a personal service from initial survey to project completion.

Preserving the Heritage of Cornwall and the South West

Since 1997, we have dedicated ourselves to the care and conservation of the unique architectural landscape of Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly, and West Devon. Whether you are purchasing a listed manor, managing a historic church, or planning a sensitive new-build, we bring decades of "hands-on" experience to every project.

We are an independent practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and Historic Building Professionals. Our work is rooted in a deep understanding of local vernacular, traditional materials, and the specific challenges of the coastal and rural environments in the West Country.

Award-Winning Expertise in Building Conservation

We don't just survey buildings; we understand their soul. Our practice has twice won the prestigious International RICS “Conservation Award”, a testament to our leading role in preserving historic structures. From medieval ruins and civic buildings to grand country houses and terraced homes, our expertise ensures that heritage is protected while remaining functional for modern life.
