Our Managing Director, Nick Harper FAAV MRICS, brings a unique perspective to every project. Having served as the national Head of Development and Asset Management at The Crown Estate, Nick was responsible for a 300,000-acre UK portfolio. This experience—combined with years as a partner in independent practice—allows us to understand planning and development from every angle: client, consultant, and promoter.
