Our firm is owned and managed by Mike Lewis, a professional whose credentials speak for themselves. Mike is a Fellow of the RICS, CABE, ICWCI, and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

What sets us apart is Mike’s background: before qualifying as a surveyor, he spent 13 years working directly in the building trades. This "boots on the ground" experience means we don't just spot a defect; we understand the mechanics of why it happened and how to fix it. Today, Mike lectures other surveyors and property professionals on complex party wall matters at RICS and RIBA events.
