Why We Refuse to Offer Level 1 Surveys

We take our role as your "eyes and ears" seriously. That is why we have made the professional decision not to offer RICS Level 1 surveys.

In our view, Level 1 reports do not provide enough guidance on remedies or next steps, leaving buyers without a clear path forward. Instead, we focus on Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys, ensuring you receive a detailed assessment that helps you prioritise repairs and negotiate with confidence.

Following our inspection, we offer initial verbal feedback to "set the scene" before you receive the full report, and we are always available to discuss our findings in detail.
