- Richard Kenyon BSc (Hons) MRICS: Richard began his career in social housing maintenance before earning a first-class degree in Building Surveying. Since qualifying as a professional member of the RICS in 2004, he has honed his expertise at prestigious firms including Cluttons, Malcolm Hollis, and Deloitte.
- Lucy Gough BA (Hons) AssocRICS: Lucy specializes in both professional and project management work. She leads our efforts in building surveys and has a particular passion for detailed schedules of condition.
