Our team is led by Hugh Baker (BSc Hons MRICS FAAV), a qualified surveyor since 1996. Hugh brings a unique blend of professional expertise and commercial experience, including a six-year stint in the fresh produce sector and various non-executive director roles within large agri-businesses.

Supporting him is Sam Booth (LLB), who brings a first-class legal background and three generations of local farming knowledge to our agricultural property and estate matters. Together, we provide a "critical friend" approach that is tenacious, creative, and focused on finding a way forward.
