Based in a converted fire station in Bishops Waltham, we are an established architectural and building surveying practice with a deep-seated passion for the built environment. Since our founding in 2008 by Simon Goddard, we have built a reputation for marrying high-end, bespoke design with a specialist understanding of historic materials and methods.

Our work is anchored by the extensive experience of our Principal Director, Simon Goddard. With over 25 years specialising in historic buildings, Simon is an RICS Accredited Surveyor in Building Conservation. His portfolio includes some of the UK's most significant heritage sites, including:

We are frequently called upon to assist with buildings identified as "at risk" by Historic England, using our innate understanding of traditional construction to secure their future through sensitive repair and modern intervention.
