He is also a dedicated RICS Assessor, committed to maintaining the highest standards in our profession.
- Gareth Lay MRICS FAAV: From a farming background, Gareth has valued over £1 billion of rural property during his career. He is a former winner of the RASE award for the highest-placed candidate in the CAAV examinations and serves as a sessional lecturer at Harper Adams University.
