Why We Only Use MRICS Surveyors

In an industry where many firms delegate work to less experienced staff, we take a different stand. We only use fully qualified MRICS surveyors. We do not use AssocRICS surveyors for our reports. This ensures that every inspection is conducted by a professional who has reached the highest level of RICS chartership, providing you with a superior level of expertise and protection.

We offer RICS Level 2 (Home Surveys) for conventional properties in reasonable condition and RICS Level 3 (Building Surveys) for older, larger, or more complex buildings. Because we are a lean, family-run business, we are often able to offer our comprehensive Level 3 surveys
