Our founder, Jo Godolphin, brings over a decade of high-level industry experience to every instruction. As both a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), Jo offers a rare dual perspective that bridges the gap between financial planning and on-site delivery.

Jo has successfully delivered projects valued at upwards of £60 million, yet she applies the same meticulous care to bespoke residential builds. Her credentials include:
