Helping You Decide: Level 2 or Level 3?

We believe in transparency. For most modern properties in good condition, our Level 2 Survey (Home Buyer Report) is ideal. However, if you are purchasing an older, extended, or unusual property, we recommend our Level 3 Survey.

This is a more substantial investigation where we aim to identify a broader range of defects, the cause of the problems, and—crucially—the likely cost and timescale for repairs.
