Our story began with sixteen successful years in Kettering before we moved our headquarters to the historic town of Oundle in 2018. This move allowed us to better serve our clients across the Nene Valley, Peterborough, and the surrounding villages.

• David Marriott HND BSc MRICS: An Oundle local for most of his life, David has over 30 years of experience. He is our specialist for "interesting" and unusual properties. If you are buying a unique heritage home or need an expert auctioneer's perspective, David’s local standing is second to none.
• Howard Payne BSc MRICS: Born and bred in Northamptonshire, Howard also brings over 30 years of industry experience. A specialist in residential surveys and valuations, Howard is known for his meticulous attention to detail—a trait perhaps honed during his time as a Formula 3 driver.
