A Legacy of Land Management in West Wales
Our story is woven into the history of the West Wales landscape. While Owen and Owen was formally founded in 1991 by Anthony and Joanne Owen, our roots trace back over 50 years through the practices of Mr John Benyon FRICS and Captain T E Blois Brooke FRICS.
In 2015, we further strengthened our expertise by merging with Lloyd James Land & Estate Management. This long-standing heritage means we don't just understand the market—we understand the history and the future of the rural economy in this region.

- Lloyd James BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV: Our Managing Director is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a past President of the South Wales and Monmouthshire Agricultural Valuers Association. With over 20 years of experience, Lloyd specialises in rural landed estates and strategic planning.
- Lucy Luke LLB (Hons): As a qualified Solicitor with over 15 years of experience in commercial and agricultural property, Lucy acts as our in-house legal expert. Her unique perspective ensures that all management and contract matters are handled with legal precision.
