Our practice is led by Seán McGoldrick, a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with over a decade of experience in the construction and property industry. Seán’s career has spanned everything from specialist firms to large multi-disciplinary consultancies, giving him a unique perspective on both residential and social housing sectors.
As a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and an accredited NEC3 ECC Project Manager, Seán brings a level of rigour and professional standards that ensure your property is in the safest possible hands.
