We have a particular passion for the UK’s architectural heritage. Led by Director Simon Horsfield, who specialises in defects analysis for unique and historical buildings, we help clients navigate the complexities of listed property ownership. We understand the nuances of traditional construction and provide the detailed, sympathetic advice required to protect these assets.
Expert Structural Engineering & Design
Unlike many surveying firms, we are also consulting structural engineers. This means we don't just identify a crack; we understand the physics behind it and can design the solution.

- Design & Alterations: Planning a loft conversion or extension? We provide the calculations and design work to make it happen.

- Leo Horsfield (Director): A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 15 years of experience. Leo’s background in structural engineering allows him to tackle complicated projects with ease.
- Simon Horsfield (Director): A Senior Building Surveyor with a keen eye for detail and a specialist focus on historical properties.
- Rowena Horton (Director): A Chartered Architect with 17+ years of experience, Rowena ensures our service delivery and management remain world-class.
