Our Inspection Levels

We offer two distinct paths to peace of mind, depending on where you are in your buying journey:

1. Pre-Completion Inspection (PCI): An entry-level assessment that meets all New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) requirements. This is a vital check before you even pick up the keys.
2. Post-Completion Inspection: Our most popular and detailed service. We use advanced equipment to go beyond the surface, checking against building regulations and warranty provider tolerances.

Advanced Technology & Rapid Reporting

We don't just look for paint splashes. For our post-completion surveys, we offer optional Drone Inspections to check hard-to-reach roof areas and Thermal Imaging to identify heat loss or insulation gaps that the naked eye would miss.

Once our inspection is complete, you won't be left waiting. We deliver a fully annotated PDF report, complete with images, within 48 hours.

Flexibility for Your Move

We understand that completion dates are a moving target. That’s why we offer "soft date" bookings. If your developer moves your move-in date, you can rearrange your inspection at no extra cost. To make things even easier, we work Saturdays and Sundays to ensure we are there when you need us most.
