Most surveying firms face a fundamental conflict of interest: they represent both landlords and tenants. We decided to change that. Established in 2009, Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) was founded by senior professionals who were disillusioned with the status quo.
We made a conscious choice to champion the rights of the consumer rather than the producer. By refusing to act for landlords, we have the total freedom to unlock opportunities and deliver value that other firms simply cannot. Led by 30 Years of Global Expertise
Our firm is led by Martyn Markland BSc MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor with over three decades of experience in investment, development, and corporate real estate. Having worked in major global hubs like London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, Martyn founded TAG to provide the UK market with a dedicated, performance-driven advocate for occupiers.
