We founded Simon Alexander Consulting in 2010 to bridge the gap between large-scale corporate consultancies and the personal service of an independent practice. Our founder, Simon Wanderer, brings a wealth of experience from the highest levels of the industry. Having trained with the Valuation Office Agency (HMRC) and spent years at CBRE—the world’s largest property consultancy—Simon ensures that every client receives technical excellence backed by deep market knowledge.
