We are particularly known for our work in complex civil engineering and infrastructure. Led by Directors Mark Dadswell and Scott Parks, who bring a combined 45+ years of experience, we navigate the technical hurdles that often stall large-scale developments.

• Highways & Drainage: We are experts in managing technical approval processes for adoptable highways (S278, S38) and drainage (S104).
• Contract Mastery: We have extensive experience with NEC, JCT, and ICC contracts. Scott Parks has specialized in NEC forms for over 22 years, applying them to everything from student housing to viaducts.
• Public Sector Frameworks: We are proud to head the framework agreement with Kent County Council, providing cost management and procurement for their major highway projects.
