Our founder, Richard Ward, is a Chartered Surveyor who brings over two decades of experience from the front lines of the UK property market.

Richard’s journey began in asset management before he spent years at global firms like King Sturge (now JLL) and Cushman & Wakefield. Before founding this practice, he spent a decade as a Partner at a niche retail firm. This deep-rooted history means we don't just see buildings; we see the intricate mechanics of the high street, the potential in mixed-use developments, and the long-term value for our clients.

Our track record spans the length and breadth of the UK. We specialise in identifying both on and off-market opportunities that others might miss. When it comes to disposals, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
