• Nick Cuff (Managing Director): A chartered planner and land surveyor who spent a decade growing the housing innovator Pocket Living. His unique background includes serving as a Cabinet Member in LB Wandsworth, where he helped enable the initial stages of the Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station redevelopments.
• Will Grant (Director): A chartered surveyor with 22 years of experience. Having transacted over 100 development land deals, Will is a tenacious deal-maker who ensures every project is backed by rigorous financial analysis and market insight.
• Tina John (Director): With 20 years in architecture and masterplanning, Tina has secured planning for over 3,000 homes. She ensures that design innovation and sustainability are baked into every project from the first sketch.
