We also have a unique history in public sector work; James Cohen previously provided Council Tax Banding for the London Borough of Haringey, while Alan specialises in complex compensation work under the Land Compensation Acts.

Planning an extension or worried about a neighbour's build? Daniel Cohen MRICS leads our Party Wall department. We act for both building owners and adjoining owners, ensuring all notices and awards are handled strictly in accordance with the Party Wall Act 1996.
