I am Director of Richmond Futures, a Richmond based firm providing residential surveying, valuation and property advice across London, Surrey and the surrounding areas.

I am a qualified surveyor, RICS member, Registered Valuer, MCABE and MFPWS, with experience across building surveys, HomeBuyer style reports, private valuations and party wall matters.

My work focuses on giving clients clear, practical and balanced advice. I aim to explain property defects in plain English, with enough context for buyers, homeowners and property professionals to understand the issue, the level of risk and the sensible next steps.

Richmond Futures regularly advises on period homes, flats, leasehold property, altered buildings, damp related concerns, roof and drainage issues, structural movement, boundary matters and pre purchase decisions.

We are based in Richmond and cover a wide operating area including South West London, West London, Central London, Surrey and selected areas inside the M25.
