We have been administering the provisions of the Party Wall Act since its inception in 1997, and our experience stretches back even further to the original London Building Acts.

We act as Building Owner’s Surveyors, Adjoining Owner’s Surveyors, or Agreed Surveyors. Our goal is always to resolve disputes amicably, but we are prepared to robustly defend the rights and obligations of our clients when necessary. Our service includes:
