Our strength lies in our people. We are a team of RICS Chartered Surveyors who have sat on the other side of the table, having held senior roles within the Greater London Authority (GLA) and various London Boroughs.

  • Joshim Uddin MRICS (Director): Recognised as the RICS Valuation Surveyor of the Year 2023, Joshim pioneered the first income-generating commercial viability service in a local authority setting.
  • Joseph Ward MRICS (Director): A former senior advisor at the GLA, Joseph has shaped national policy through his work on the government’s Technical Panel for viability planning guidance.
  • Jane Seymour MRICS (Consultant): With over 18 years of experience, Jane spent seven years in the Mayor of London’s Viability Team, specialising in large-scale strategic applications.
