Specialists in the UK Pub and Leisure Sector
One of our proudest achievements is our position as a leading UK pub operator. Led by Ritchie Gardiner, our leisure team manages a diverse portfolio of 215 properties. This includes 155 freehold pubs and 60 premium London leaseholds, such as The Railway in Putney and The Wheatsheaf in Tooting Bec. We specialise in turning around under-performing sites through capital investment and operational excellence.
Hospitality and Commercial Excellence
Our hospitality platform, directed by Javier Batlle, focuses on high-growth markets in Southern Europe. We currently manage 1,000 keys with another 1,000 in development, including prestigious locations like Le Méridien Ra in Spain and Dreams Madeira in Portugal.
In the commercial sector, we manage a vast array of retail malls, premium outlets, and industrial logistics assets across the UK, Europe, and the US. Whether it is 1.36 million square feet of self-storage in the United States or 3 million square feet of premium retail outlets in Europe, our focus remains on assets with strong fundamentals.
