Our Director, Gerard Guinan, brings a unique perspective to every instruction. Before becoming a Chartered Surveyor, Gerard’s background was rooted in the practicalities of construction and academia.
He served as a full-time Lecturer in Building Crafts and Building Technology at renowned centres of excellence, including the Hertfordshire College of Building. This deep understanding of how buildings are actually put together—not just how they appear on paper—is invaluable when we are resolving boundary matters or administering building contracts.
