Our firm is led by Tom Makokha, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) with 28 years of combined global experience. Tom’s journey has taken him from managing social housing schemes in South London to overseeing massive roll-out programmes across the United States, China, and the Middle East.

As a current RICS Assessor and former Vice Chairman of the RICS Marketing Policy Committee, Tom ensures that our practice operates at the very highest standards of the profession. When you hire us, you are hiring a team that literally helps set the standards for the industry.
