  • Edyn Hotel, Cambridge: We acted as Independent Monitoring Surveyors for this 330-key apart-hotel development with a GDV of £103m.
  • 123 Victoria Road, SW1: We project managed Landsec’s first MYO flexible office fit-out—a £6m high-specification refurbishment delivered at pace.
  • Wireless Factory, Isleworth: We managed a modular office extension that was craned into place over a single weekend. With a design tolerance of +/- 2mm, it required military precision to ensure it "fit like a glove."
  • 11 Belgrave Road, SW1: A comprehensive pre-acquisition survey of a 107,000 sq ft, eight-story commercial building.
