- Geoff Butterworth (FRICS): Geoff has been a qualified Chartered Surveyor since 1970. With over 55 years in the industry, including time spent with the District Valuers in Bangor, his knowledge of the North Wales market is truly second to none.
- James Butterworth (MRICS): James graduated from Oxford Brookes in 1997 and became the youngest qualified Chartered Surveyor at King Sturge in Manchester at just 23. Before joining forces with Geoff in 2009, he was a Partner specialising in commercial property investment.
